If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the service. Continued use following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To use Mewni Rank, you must meet the minimum age requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.

• Accounts must be created and used by the individual they represent
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account

Mewni Rank calculates rankings based on publicly available social media data from connected platforms.

• Rankings are generated algorithmically and may change at any time as underlying platform data changes
• Mewni Rank does not guarantee any specific ranking position or outcome
• You are responsible for keeping your connected account information accurate and up to date
• Rank calculations may be adjusted at any time to improve accuracy or fairness

Mewni Rank offers an optional paid Participation Membership. This is entirely voluntary and is not required to use the core ranking service.

• Participation Membership is processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and is governed by Apple's terms and policies
• Except where required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable
• You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

To maintain a fair and trustworthy platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Impersonating another person or entity
• Providing false or misleading information
• Attempting to manipulate ranking data or calculations
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the service
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Any activity that interferes with the operation or integrity of Mewni Rank

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

You may delete your Mewni Rank account at any time through the mobile app or by contacting our support team.

• Mewni Rank reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice
• Upon termination, your profile and associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Certain records may be retained for a limited period when required by law or to resolve outstanding matters

Mewni Rank is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

• We are not responsible for losses or inconveniences resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
• Ranking outcomes reflect publicly available data and are not a guarantee of commercial or personal value
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time
